Index sequence files (barcodes) for Tecan NGS kits.
Files are provided as tab-delimited text files according to indexing set. Use the search function in your browser (ctrl-F) to quickly find your particular kit by part number or browse by kit type from the links in the sidebar. Right-click on the link to the index sequence file you require and select "Save link as..." or "Save as..." to retrieve it to your device.
Files are organized as follows: Sample ID (column 1), Index1(i7) (column 2), Index2(i5) (column 3).
Users of dual-indexed sequencing data generated on Illumina HiSeq 3000/4000, MiniSeq, NextSeq or NovaSeq will need to reverse complement Index 2 (i5) sequences in the text file prior to demultiplexing.
