- Added .env.example for the main project and api/.env.example for the API service to provide sample environment variable configurations. These files help developers set up their local environments more easily.
- Added a GitHub Actions CI badge for visibility of build status. Introduced a new troubleshooting section with solutions to common errors related to Docker, migrations, database connections, disk space, and permissions.
