Minor fix & language
With upcoming MRs moving submodules to absolute paths, this is no longer necessary.
We want to suggest running validate before pushing, but we don't want to make it look like it's absolutely mandatory, and we definitely don't want to scare people into not sharing their contributions at all out of fear they might break CI.
