Active nodes

The pre-release brings support for showing only active nodes. Thanks to @nikita715 for implementing the extra nodes hiding feature in #4 .

The pre-release brings support for optional node urls which are accessible by clicking on the node. Moreover, the pre-release increase graph element sizes to make it more readable.
