…r, smaller and more flexible code results: now other attributes already set are not lost as we let MarkdownIt render the IMG tag as before: we merely tweak the attributes necessary for displaying *responsive* images.

This includes the work done by @blueo and @morris-frank in their forks; only after doing the work I found out @blueo had done almost the same.

Now this plugin has about the same layout and file/config set as the other markdown-it plugins, e.g. markdown-it-abbr.
