NHANES DXA data setup as a Sqlite Database
This Sqlite DB contains data available from the CDC, in particular the DXA data from 1999-2005.

The included script converts the SAS xport into a Sqlite3 DB for easier manipulation. Input are the CDC xpor file, and the xport python lib is necessary.
