Adding a minimal CI workflow to ensure that no breaking changes are merged, building the app and serving with nginx via a Docker container.
The
test-routes.shscript just checks that every route defined in the app returns a 200 response and should eventually be replaced with Vibium tests.See here for a sample test run.
