1.4 for Minecraft 1.8.*

The code to detect a teleport has changed, it's much more specific now. Any teleports it doesn't handle won't work with /back, but they can be added easily in the source.

Trained spiders fell out of the world. This has been fixed. Cross-dimensional spiders should be safe now.

May contain bugs, though my trained spiders can deal with those quickly if any show up.
