Summary

  • add per-tenant billing metering (requests/compute/storage) with tamper-evident log chain
  • expose /v1/billing/usage with cache memory usage reporting
  • wire metering into search/write/snapshot paths and extend RBAC

Testing

  • dotnet test Pyrope.sln
  • ./scripts/check_quality.sh
