timeoutexception problem with daemonscanner

  Major bug in interconnect core: DaemonScanner causes IllegalArgumentException due to wrong path of TimeoutException
  This is only evaluated during runtime and only on senders side.

Exceptions are moved to "old" package name to not break the path. With dvalin 2.0 legacy can be removed and exception cleanup done

  interconnect-core not working (only interconnect-core-lagacy)
