Medical appointment data analysis

This is a data analysis of medical appointment data and patients not showing up or showing up in Brazil to answer the following questions.

1. What factors are important in order to predict if a patient will show up for their scheduled appointment?
2. Is the period between scheduling an appointment and the actual appointment an indicator if someone shows up?
3. Is there a correlation between receiving a message and showing up for the appointment.
