feat(shield): add KUBE_POD_NAME to host shield pods

What this PR does / why we need it:

Bring the Host Shield pods in alignment with the Cluster Shield pods by adding the pod name to the passed environment variables.

Checklist

• Chart Version bumped for the respective charts
• Variables are documented in the README.md (or README.tpl in some charts)
• Check GithubAction checks (like lint) to avoid merge-check stoppers
