Update to Switchboard 1.3.3, which has some important fixes for race conditions that occur on multithreaded servers. Unfortunately the fixes were not backwards-compatible, so this release will not work with earlier versions of Switchboard.

0.3 release

Primarily a bugfix to trigger cache cleanup at the end of a request. Without this bugfix, you'll need to restart the server in order to update the cache with new switch information.
