Because Responses endpoint works with a
previous_response_idand doesn't allow you to resent the whole conversation history, we only sended the last non agent message.This means only the last tool call got a response. Which is fine if you do not use parallel tool calling.
This PR will keep track of the tool calls and ensures all corresponding tool outputs will be send with the next iteration.
