I made the swillkb clone (the frontend side). It uses the new engine just like builder.swillkb.com.

When I tried this, I faced an issue that a dxf file download failed.

@herpiko Thank you for great this pull request! To install the Draft-dxf-importer at the same time of building the docker image, I want to add the command to install the Draft-dxf-importer tool. I sent the pull request to your repository. Could you confirm that? :)
