Before we had the
Testinfrastructure, we used passes to do unit testing.This PR converts all those test passes to real tests which allows to get rid of the whole
Optimizer/TestPassesdirectory.There are a lot of required changes in test files. However, these are straight forward and most of those changes were done automatically with scripts.
