Let's talk about the over-all look and feel of this site. Look in the folder /Design.
There are two files: PoetBar_V3.pdf & PoetBar_V4.pdf. These are the proposed wireframes.
If we are in agreement, this will be the look of the landing page; someone can start coding to create this. The images used in this wireframe are in the folder: /Design/Links.
