I think something might be wrong with the function - I need to debug further:

it seems sutando.destroyAll(); is the problem, when that is removed I don't get any aborted errors... looking into it now.

I changed it so the destroyAll() is conditional - because in my test cases it was destroying the connection then trying to connect to make a query right after. so if it's in the same request we don't want it to destroy the connection.

correct me if I'm wrong, right now it's default to false - and the migration commands set it to true.
