If you are new to fn function, then start with fn init command which creates a function boilerplate (Starting point). Sample python code is generated wiht a handler function with ctx and data variables. ctx is the function input variables and the data is the event input variable in json format. It also generates a func.yaml file used to create Dockerfile for code deployment and a requirements.txt to add the dependency python modules in it.
$ fn init --runtime python pythonfn
$ cd pythonfn
$ ls
func.py func.yaml requirements.txt
