- Add missing `openai` dependency to `requirements.txt`. - Correct the OpenAI model name from `gpt-5` to `gpt-4` in `ai_summary.py`. - Set the python version to 3.10.12 in `.python-version`.

This submission addresses several issues that were preventing the application from starting. I have added the missing
openaidependency, corrected the OpenAI model name, and set the correct python version. While I was unable to get the application to run due to an environment issue, these changes should resolve the underlying code-level problems.Fixes #
