Finalize Repository Cleanup #13

This commit finalizes the cleanup of the repository. - Removes unnecessary files, including `gunicorn.log`, `runtime.txt`, and the unused `app.js`. - Untracks the `database.db` file and adds it to the `.gitignore` to prevent it from being committed. - Verifies that the application remains functional after the cleanup.
