This PR adds a
invite codefield in the registration page of Element. It also takes values from query params for theinvite codee.g. https://chat.superhero.chat/#/register?invite=ak_123
The logic should be extended to call the affiliations contract to bind the matrix username with the invite code once this is implemented.
This change is marked as an internal change (Task), so will not be included in the changelog.
