Branch that allows the previous UI (pre-grizzlython) to work against the new program. This disables trigger rebalance, includes the new price calculations, but otherwise looks the same as the old pre-grizzlython UI
With this branch, we can deploy the new program to mainnet without having to release the new UI at the same time. This, in turn allows us to test the new UI on mainnet.
