This repository contains the following information:

• Useful utility functions for commands in bash (including SLURM related functions on savio), and other stuff that might be helpful for every one (not just lab members).
• In the issues, there are common issues encountered by lab members that one might have as well. Most of the issues can be resolved by Google but some require more efforts.
• Tips and other comments might also be included.
