My attempt to restructure the project for easier maintainability.
Though I can't get the app to run on my device at all so I can't tell if this works and if it does what the previous version did.
slitting up of the javascript into smaller files and maybe conversion to typescript is still todo (not done in this pr.)
Also I believe that jquery is not needed, so replacing it by vanilla htm5 javascript dom operations could also be a good thing.
