fix: Typo in InstancingEntiyTransform

PR Details

Rename InstancingEntiyTransform to InstancingEntityTransform to match the class name (adding a T at the end of entity).

Class name was already spelled correctly so all references should be fine, it was just the actual file name itself with the mispelling.
