Switch back to the stable upstream ClusterFuzzLite v1 action tag and align the symbolizer helper image with the same v1 runtime path. This avoids the Docker API mismatch seen with the forked llvm-22-debug images on current GitHub-hosted runners. Refs stratum-mining#85. Assisted-by: OpenAI GPT-5-Codex
