Hard Mode Official Release
In the works for months, here is the official release of Hard Mode!
Thought the original bosses were too easy? Chug a bad omen bottle! You are in for a bad time, however...

Changes since 1.3.0 pre-6
General Changes
- All vanilla chat commands are overwritten by my plugin to stop Microshit's chat reporting.
- You can no longer farm infinite XP by disenchanting custom items.
- Further support for DiscordSRV features
Armor Overhaul (again)
- Completely removed Armor Toughness as a stat.
- Only Armor is effective now. Armor below 15 points uses the standard 1.8 formula of -4% damage per point. Armor above 15 points uses a new formula: 1.0 / (1.0 + 0.00014666 * Math.pow(armor, 3.409));
- Full Netherite armor is 25 armor points, with the chestplate getting +2 bonus points over Diamond and the rest of the armor getting +1. This leads to around 89.5% damage reduction.
- SkyBlock armor now uses this system as well, with the following:
- Elytra: 0 --> 4
- Dev note: This is to prevent Elytra not completely demolishing your EHP while still making you a lot more vulnerable to damage
- Goldor Pants: 6 --> 7.5
- Maxor Boots: 3 --> 4.5
- Necromancer Lord Pants: 6 --> 7
- Necron Elytra: 8 --> 10
- Primal Dragon Chestplate: 8 --> 10.5
- Warden Helmet: 3 --> 5
- Crown of the Wither King: 3 --> 4.5
- Elytra: 0 --> 4
Balance Changes
Wand of Restoration
- Cooldown 80 --> 100
- Heal starts on tick 0
- Directly heals 1 HP every 1.25 seconds for 2.5 seconds (total 3 HP healed)
Wand of Atonement
- Cooldown 80 --> 100
- Heal starts on tick 0
- Directly heals 1 HP every 0.75 seconds for 3 seconds (total 5 HP healed)
Enchantments
- Smite VII and Bane of Arthropods VII now exist
- Smite and Bane are now RNGs from the Revenant/Atoned Horror and the Tarantula/Primordial Broodfather. Level VI is dropped from Normal Mode, and Level VII is dropped from Hard Mode.
- Feather Falling now reduces fall damage by 16% per level, up to -80% at Level 5, to account for the removal of Armor Toughness.
- Wind Burst now works

Miscellaneous Changes
- Vanilla totem animation now plays properly
- Removed all references to "Wither King Dragon"
- Removed an expensive check every time a mob spawned in the world
- Extended the detection range of Primal Dragon to 128 blocks
- SkyBlock items will now refresh their data every time you pick them up or place them, in addition to when they get picked up and when you log in.
- Removed bogus data stripper and anvil fixer (THANKS FIRMAMENT)
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Mace not showing particles and not resetting fall damage
- Fixed Sweeping Edge damaging the attacker's weapon more than necessary
- Fixed SOME boss attacks having infinite range
- Fixed Spears not having the correct death message
- Fixed certain boss mobs doing friendly fire
- Fixed boss mobs being affected by difficulty multipliers
- Fixed campfires not dealing damage
- Fixed Tears & Lava Chicken music discs not dropping

- Wither King henchman checker only runs every 20 ticks to avoid a ConcurrentModificationException

NEW
Hard Mode & Normal Mode Bosses
- Custom Bosses have had a large rework, adding a clear separation between the regular version and an extremely difficult version.
- Note: Normal Mode is intended to be doable with vanilla Netherite gear and lower-tier custom items (e.g. Wand of Restoration, Holy Ice). They are intended to be a stepping stone between vanilla gear and the more powerful custom items (e.g. Terminator).
- Note: Hard Mode was balanced around the custom items. If you can easily kill the Hard Mode bosses with vanilla gear, good job.
- Note: The Wither Lords have already had this distinction since 1.2.0.
- To summon a boss in Hard Mode, drink a Bad Omen potion.
- Each Bad Omen potion allows you to summon exactly one Hard Mode boss before the effect wears off.

Primal Dragon
- Good luck
- Normal mode dragons with bonus HP/damage/healing have had those bonus stats scaled back
Atoned Horror
- Normal mode renamed to Revenant Horror and is much easier
- Atoned Horror has gained a new attack
Primordial Broodfather
- The first boss that deals ABSOLUTE damage, which ignores ALL armor, enchantments, and potion effects!
- A nasty surprise awaits halfway through...
Enraged Chickzilla
- Normal mode has less HP
- Hard Mode reflects full damage
Highly Infuriated Wither Skeleton
- Removed bonus speed and defense
- HP 50 --> 100
meloGnorI
- Normal mode HP greatly reduced, damage cap also reduced
- Hard Mode gains a new attack
Zealot & Zealot Brusier
- Renamed from Mutant Enderman
- They dabble in dark magic
Sadan
- Normal Mode has less HP and custom attacks proc less frequently

Voidcrazed Seraph

Creative Mode Menu
/getopitemswas not quite cutting it with all the new items being added, so it now gives you a cool Creative Menu Nether Star.- Items are sorted into four categories. Have fun!
Balance Changes
- Wand of Restoration Regeneration III --> II, duration 26 --> 51, cooldown 100 --> 80
- Wand of Atonement cooldown 100 --> 80
- Sharpness now grants +1 damage per level, instead of +0.5 per level after the first one

- Fixed a variety of issues with sculk

Balance Changes
- Attribute.ARMOR is only effective up to 15 points
- Attribute. ARMOR_TOUGHNESS is now always effective
- Attribute.ARMOR_TOUGHNTESS reduces damage 10% --> 5% per point
The reasoning behind this change is that using an elytra under the old system completely demolished your EHP, reducing it by over five times. Under this new system, using an elytra still reduces your EHP, but it only reduces your EHP by about 2.2 times.
In addition, this change reduces the overall effectiveness of armor. This will make the game harder for now, but future patches will address this.
- Armor durability damage per hit minimum reduced 1 --> 0.25 (i.e. without Unbreaking, each armor piece has a 25% chance to take durability damage when taking a hit)
Other Changes
- Attempted to remove the "Too Expensive" from anvils, again
- Fixed lethal bed damage on Ender Dragons not properly crediting the nearest player with the kill
- Fixed Superior Dragon not dropping the Remnant of the Superior Dragon
