Some methods/properties of
Characteristicare not exposed in TypeScript, this expandsindex.d.tsto include them, and adds a method to access the_updateValueCallbacksproperty.I suspect a way to iterate keys of
_updateValueCallbacks/_maxValueSizesis also needed in case a custom notify method is required, for example to handle case of notify all connections when data > maxValueSize, but I'm not certain.
