Tested locally. Flatpak builds successfully. This workflow mirrors the documented build steps and ensures the assets submodule is checked out so CI matches local builds. |

Adds a GitHub Actions workflow that builds the Flatpak bundle on pushes and pull requests and uploads the resulting .flatpak as a workflow artifact.
Includes an explicit assets submodule checkout step so CI matches the documented build requirements.
