What
Dropping refundable_fee from all models and sources because it is deprecated. This is to be released after the stellar-etl release that drops this column.
Why
Current data is incomplete - all refundable_fee values are currently null.
Known limitations
TODO: must confirm that this will not cause breaking changes in BI layer.
