Summary

add luau_behavior crate with plugin and behavior manager
generate Lua bindings with lua_api macro
watch scripts and reload bytecode for entities
allow per-entity overrides via detach_and_clone
basic integration test for hot-reload logic

Testing

cargo fmt --all (fails: rustfmt component missing)
cargo test --workspace --lib --tests (fails: build fails for alsa-sys)
