- Base on a newer version of aribase
- Upgrade some dependencies
- Upgrade Error Prone
- Switch from TestNG to JUnit5

Well obviously I forgot to update the CI scripts ;) |
The primary motivation is that it bumps versions of some plugins that manipulate bytecode, making it possible to rebuild using a newer JDK.
