Add a link to https://stamen.github.io/map-gl-style-diff-viewer/ which is what I'm often looking for when I come to this repo.
I'm not sure if this is what was intended by the previous section "Standalone tool". Perhaps we remove the "Standalone tool" section entirely in favor of this new "Web tool" section?
