This PR adds:

  • fix for the survival conditioning of the final likelihood
  • fix for the ancestral correction in the T and TL terms
  • fix for DL and TL terms being added when S and G arrive at a leave
  • inclusion of a simple clang-format file and subsequent formatting of the code base for easier maintainability in the future
