Version 1.0

This is the first release of "irgsctool," a Python package that automates the generation of a catalog of NIR sources (IRGSC) for the TMT's AO operations.
Version 1.0 introduces the automated pipeline, generated and validated catalogs for twenty test fields across the TMT observable sky, and additional catalogs for the PANSTARRS Medium Deep Survey fields.

In this release, we have focused on developing and implementing an optimal methodology for generating IRGSC. This tool was developed as a deliverable work package by the India TMT-Coordination Center for the TMT Project Office.

Any feedback and suggestions for improvements are welcome.
