this fixes
'android.annotation.NonNull' is not public in 'android.annotation'. Cannot be accessed from outside packageerrors during build.
Verified with:
$ docker run --tty --interactive --volume=$(pwd):/opt/workspace --workdir=/opt/workspace --rm cangol/android-gradle /bin/sh -c "./gradlew build"
