How I think about engineering:

• Specification-driven development – structured specs as the single source of truth for code, tests, and client deliverables
• AI agent infrastructure – multi-agent pipelines that automate the repetitive parts of engineering so people can focus on the hard problems
• Engineering governance that scales – ADRs, technology radar, standards that enforce themselves
