Introduce a comprehensive docs set for SpruceOS scripts under spruce/scripts/docs. Adds DOCUMENTATION_INDEX.md (navigation and quick start) plus in-depth guides: README.md, PLATFORM_ABSTRACTION.md, ENVIRONMENT_VARIABLES.md, FUNCTIONS.md, EMULATOR_SYSTEM.md, and NETWORK_SERVICES.md. These files document platform abstraction, environment variables, function reference, emulator launch flow, network services, and developer/user guidance to help extend and maintain the scripting system.
