Modifications for a custom release of LabKing. Not for general use, though it provides a good example of how custom builds can be created.

This release makes the following modifications to 1.5.0 (mainline):

• Altered search fields and participant summary fields.
• Altered participant header block in the participant record view.
• Fixed a bug where all participant records would be displayed (only applied to this installation).
• Added the ability create participant records with custom IDs, based on a config property.
