This PR adds two new properties with their corresponding getters and setters:
Both are used within the Dig handler. This enables the user to make the queries more resistant to network / connectivity issues. The defaults (2 retries with a timeout of 2 seconds) remain the same.
Tests were added according to the existing ones for setting a nameserver.
