Fixed the dropship on LZ1 not having a roof which allowed mobs to enter the dropship from above.

As detectivegoogle said:

for now I think we gotta put hullwalls over top of the dropships
we're working on fixing the roof thing but as a stopgap

This is that stopgap.

  • @realforest2001 added a new turf type, solid_open_space which I have cherry picked across from cmss13-devs@19e6def
  • Added this turf above shuttle location on lz1 to stop mobs from falling / pouncing in

Tested locally and it works.

- Cherrypick new `solid_open_space` turf from `https://github.com/cmss13-devs/cmss13/pull/9590/commits/19e6defc4ecf858c0c76200be05e612fb5bfde4b`
- Add new `solid_open_space` turfs above the dropship area on lz1
