Notes:
USBtiny driver installation prompts for "install anyway", but allows installation.
Toolset:
AVRdude version 6.1
Sparkfun Bus Pirate, latest firmware
Sparkfun Pocket AVR Programmer
Atmel AT90PWM316 chip (test chip)
Tested working using the following process:
Used Sparkfun Bus Pirate to flash attiny2313 with usbtiny firmware built using the above toolset.
Plugged AVR Pocket Programmer into usb,
Ran avrdude with no target chip attached
Received proper console output
Attached atmel AVR as target
Read firmware and eeprom, programmed chip, performed chip erase, reprogrammed chip
Tests passed
