🤖 Augment PR Summary

Summary: Adds a build-time “Enterprise” edition and publishes separate enterprise Docker images alongside the community image.

Changes:

  • CI now runs the test workflow for both Community and Enterprise builds via a matrix.
  • Deploy workflow builds/pushes multi-arch images for one and one-enterprise with edition-specific build args and license labels.
  • CMake introduces ONE_ENTERPRISE option and adjusts schema test directories accordingly.
  • Docker/Makefile plumb SOURCEMETA_ONE_ENTERPRISE/ENTERPRISE through to CMake; image OCI license label becomes configurable.
  • Moves the @sourcemeta/std/v0 built-in collection into enterprise/collections and wires collection inclusion based on edition.
  • CLI/server banners and the web footer now display the edition (“Community”/“Enterprise”).
  • Updates CLI tests for edition-specific output and adds a Playwright footer test.

Technical Notes: Enterprise mode defines SOURCEMETA_ONE_ENTERPRISE at compile time and changes which built-in collections are installed/available.
