Summary: Adds a “Dependents” tab to each schema page in the HTML explorer.

Changes: Schema page rendering now takes dependents.metapack as an additional build input and loads it alongside dependencies/health.

Computes unique dependent schema identifiers, distinguishing direct vs indirect dependents.

Renders a new tab with a count badge and a table of dependents, linking internal schemas back into the explorer.

Why: Makes it easier to see which schemas would be impacted when changing a given schema.

Notes: If a schema is both directly and indirectly dependent, it is shown only as a direct dependent.
