Guess correct prototype substitutes for missing prototypes

Pull Request (PR) Description

Fixes a bug where modelkit fails to compose models for some cohorts in the ceiling insulation and wall insulation measures, giving error messages that there is no such prototypes file. Issue discussed in #120.
