Multi Agent Information Exchange Scenario Generation Pipeline

📑 Description

Currently, sotopia supports multi agent information exchange scenario stimulation. This PR add support for creating these scenario for 8 different industry sectors (Healthcare, Software/Technology, Defense, Finance, Education, Entertainment, Legal, and Manufacturing). It starts with manually created and reviewed set of good and bad scenario seeds (in scenario_seeds file). These set of scenarios are used as few shot examples in the prompt to generate new scenario in large scale (for creating a benchmark out of it) and these newly created scenarios are also passed through an LLM as judge to correct and refine the scenarios further.
