Resuming makes another ROS connection

Expected Behavior

Resuming should not add a new ROS connection.

Current Behavior

There is a new connection each time you press resume in the options menu.

Possible Solution

Watch if the scene dropdown value change or unload the scene when going in the menu.

There is a Time class in the UnityEngine namespace from the Scripting API which can be used to "pause" the scenes and doesn't create a new connection when I tested it.

Check with uncheck in arborescence
