Senior design project. Academic year 2013-2014. The goal of this project was to create an interface for physical therapists to be able to have patients do at home physical therapy. Skeleton tracking is used with Kinect to find all angles of interest for range of motion calculations. Project was done through MATLAB in Ubuntu 12.04 using OpenNI. The intial setup of MATLAB and Kinect in Ubuntu was done with the aid of Ujwal D. Bonde's guide "Kinect for Ubuntu with Matlab Wrapper" written August 11, 2011 and found in its entirety in the top directory and labeled "KinectInstallationUbuntuBonde.pdf". All project files can be found under m_files/kinect/OpenNI1 with PersonSelection.m as the starting file.
