…icon Introduces 'Intelligent Tiering' to the recommendations page, including test coverage and mock data. Refactors the pools page to use a more robust locator for the expand icon, updating all usages accordingly. Enhances PNG image comparison utility to support configurable tolerance and threshold options. Removes unused anomaly mocks and related test interceptions. Updates expected chart export images.

Refactors the pools page to use a more robust locator for the expand icon, updating all usages accordingly.
